Usually tickets are available on the day for purchase at the Box Office outside the festival entrance, however, a sell-out is expected this year so we do not expect there to be availability and recommend advance purchase.

Please visit Knowle car parks | solihull.gov.uk If you live locally, we kindly ask that you walk to the event if possible to reduce carbon emissions and traffic in the area.

Event gates open at 11am and music begins at 12:00pm – 10:30pm.

You may leave the site and return if you are wearing a valid wristband (security search will apply upon each entry). Last entry into the event is 9pm.

The festival site has accessible toilets and we offer a free carers ticket to anyone who is in receipt of PIP (proof needed).

Only registered guide dogs are allowed onsite.

Although not reserved, there will be seating around the site. You can bring your own camping chairs and blankets if you wish to do so.

Event operates Challenge 25 policy. Please bring your ID as a proof of age if you wish to purchase alcoholic drinks.

Unfortunately, no food is permitted into the festival, with the exception of baby food and sealed water bottles. There is a huge selection of food vendors to suit all tastes!

Due to licensing restrictions you are not permitted to bring alcohol on site. Searches will be conducted on the front gate – please do not be offended, it is for the safety of all guests. Any alcohol or illegal substances will be confiscated if found.
